Are you serious? Everybody KNOWS !!! Lil Wayne is the better rapper. 10x better then Lil Boosie. I mean they both are good but, Boosie ain't nothing compared to Wayne.

Lil' Boosie isn't the perfect rapper of all-time or alive. he's no longer even a million of the perfect. he's between the worst. merely pay attention to hi verse on wipe me down. That became ridiculous. B-O-O-S-I-E. U won't be able to be severe. i'm hoping you're no longer. Boosie sucks.

Wow, this is a perfect example of how, if you say something over and over again on almost every track you cut, foolish fans will start believing it, regardless of the actual evidence.
Weezy is hardly the best rapper alive, even though he can't stop proclaiming himself as such.
Jay-Z was actually one of the first to proclaim this in the modern era of hip-hop, and he's most-likely right, if you interpret "best rapper alive" as "best rapper still working", since there are tons of Rap pioneers still living, like.. oh I dunno, Rev Run of Run DMC or Rakim or Snoop or RZA or Guru or KRS-One or Erick Sermon, (this list could potentially keep going forever).
Lil Wayne and Boostie might be able to compete for 80th best rapper alive.
