I went to the BK drive thru, ordered a fish sandwich combo. I am now back at work with a double whopper and an order of chicken fries. Should I
a: Call and insist they deliver my fish combo
b: Go back and have them change it
c: Be happy I have food and just quit whinning and eat it

C'mon princess.... get over it. "C" obviosly. You can stomp your feet a couple of times, then, when you're through with that, calculate the amount of time it would take you to find the phone number of the specific BK, then estimate the time you'd be on hold waiting for the manager, then calculate the amount of time you'd take debating it with him/her.
NOW, divide your hourly wage by the amount of time it took you to get there, and you'll find it's not worth your time.
Tell your hubby, he's a trucker, so was I. Plenty of time for HIM to do it, and it'd break up his day, and he gets to be the hero.

Call and complain to the manager that you had your order mixed up and that you actually was REALLY looking forward to your Fish Sandwich, and now your STUCK with this - This - Whopper that you didn't want, but you have to eat it cuz your stuck at work, and can't leave to change it! "So how are you going to fix this so I continue to be a patron at YOUR Restaurant?"
If he is a good manager, He will ask you to bring your receipt and the empty bag & wrapper back to the counter after you get out of work, and he will give you a free coupon to make up for the mix up.
If he is just some 19 yr old punk college student who couldn't give a rat's @ss, then you get nothing but the entertainment of knowing you made him stutter a bit on the phone before he had to go back to his crappy job of babysitting other 18 yr punk college students flipping burgers.
Doesn't hurt to try...

Call and explain that they gave you the wrong order. You can't come and exchange it because you are at work. So you have to eat what you really don't want. However , since you are a loyal customer, you are sure that they will make it up to you by giving you the fish combo tomorrow for lunch compliments of the house.
If you handle it politely like this. You probably will get the desired results.

That happened to me once. I ordered a BK Broiler and went back to work to find a fish sandwich. I went on ahead and ate the fries but when I got off work I carried the fish sandwich back and ended up getting my money back as well as a $25 gift card. Good lick with your situation,

YOU should do A) call and insist they deliver your fish combo. Because they do that in every single place even if you live in Puerto Rico. And plus you pay for your fish. We should do a protest against Bk Here in Puerto Rico they have that as a game. I hate dame but the food taste great.

Either b or c. I went to McDonald's one day and got two cheeseburgers without the burger in them and I had to just suck it up, I didn't have time to go back!
