The worst film I ever saw was a horror movie released in the '80s called "The Night the Screaming Stopped." The film was a dubbed reissue of a 1974 Spanish film called "Las Garras de Lorelei." They promoted the film by giving barf bags at the door, but the only thing that made me sick was the fact that I had paid to see it. Awful film. Just awful.

Zontar the Thing from Venus (1966), it was the remake of a Roger Corman film called “It Conquered the World (1956), which was another really bad movie, but, not as bad as this one. Zontar is so bad, you can’t even make fun of it. It’s starring John Agar, and directed by Larry Buchanan who also directed “In the Year 2889 (1967)”, which was a stolen story of “Day the World Ended (1955)” (another Corman) My personal view, is to skip the remakes, and just go to the Corman movies, which are in themselves just plain “bad movies”, but, enjoyable. Plus, from the Corman one’s you’ll get to see early special effects by one of the first monster suit geniuses; Paul Blaisdell.

The Village (awful)
The wicker man (with Nick Cage, I can believe he did that movie)
Cherry Falls "suspense" ( a man (killer) running in high heels, with a wig, OMG terrible, I laugh the whole movie)
and last but not least, The Blair Witch, The most disgusting movie ever, the camera moving I almost threw up.
Good question / and nice answers

It's a tie between Dreamcatcher and Silent Hill. Both movies sucked eggs, made no sense, and had horrible endings. The producers def owe me those 4 hrs of my life back.

I bet you never knew that Clint Eastwood made a bad movie. Try watching The Beguiled someday and you will see just what BAD is.
As for recent movies that were bad, the list is soooooo long!

I think it was called,"Body parts."
It was about a guy who was in some sort of an accident and he needed an arm replacement which turned out to be from a corpse that was a convict, and he started having flashbacks and doing crazy things as if he was possessed by the dead convict's arm.
It was soooo bad!

I know that it's a cult classic.... but I thought that "Nowhere" SUCKED
Existenz....
I was a lot younger when I saw these movies, so perhaps that has something to do with it.... perhaps I would appreciate them more now if I saw them again.... ....but...
I also really hated Hostel.... which is weird for me because I usually love gore movies... I was so excited to see it, and then I was let down.... It really didn't bother me at all either...... which sounds really bad.....lol...
