Seems like Dems act like Idiots with their hatred even when Bush and Clinton take the same stance on an issue.

Clinton refused to put Kyoto through when he had the chance. Why would anyone think Bush would do so? The Kyoto Protocol was written in 1997 during the Clinton administration, if the US was going to take part in it, it should have been Clinton's decision.
