Hi, i was driving on sunday evening at 1.45 am doing 50 mph when a deer jumped out infront of my car. The damage to the car is over £1,000. After the accident i had a sore right arm it wasn't till 3 pm that day that my back, shoulder and neck became very painful. I could not move and the pain was jumping all over i went to hospital who said i had whiplash and gave me pain killers. today i woke up with my side being sore and looks like one of my ribs are sticking out. My excess is £250 i'm off work all week which i dont get paid for which is another £300. £550 loss which i cannot afford. What can i do? who do i make a claim with? please help

you need to contact the claims department of your health and car insurance for the claim questions but more than that you need to call the doctor who prescribed the medicines, tell him/her that you are not better and can not afford to be seen again and inquire if he/she can prescribe some refills, good luck
