i need to figure out the sequnce chain and how to break it down to the simplest level if please help like now!!!

you can react oxygen with the molecule you want to break because it will react with both the elements carbon and nitrogen to form different molecules which can be further seperated by reacting carbon monoxide or dioxide with hydrogen and same with oxide of nitrogen in this way you can get ppure carbon and nitrogen.

Like the other guy said, burn it.
You'll get carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen oxides. It wouldn't be terribly effective if you wanted to identify the structure of the molecule, but it would be broken down.
