It is clear to everyone who watched the Western Conference semis that the Phoienix Suns were held responsible for Robert Horry's cheap shot. It is because two of the Suns were suspended for game 5 which led to a hard fought loss but, swayed the momentum into the Spurs favor. Had this rule not gotten inbetween the series, and the players allowed to play I only wonder what could have happened. I would have rather had no players suspended then to have the Suns best post players suspended. Had their been a game 7 in Phoenix the spurs would have lost. They reconized this and went for the kill in game 6 after being advantegously given game 5. i have been looking foward to the suns winning their first championship, and they could have done it this year. Stern should be fired for his poor decision making skills, & Stu Jackson is a goofy looking puppet that can't think for himself. I'm not gonna waste my time watching a re-run of the finals from two years ago, or just plain watch NBA anymore.

I'm not getting into this again. This question was more than covered last week. You lost. Get over it.

First of all, I hope you don't give up being a fan.
Second, your making a number of assumptions. The Suns had there full arsenal of players available in Game 6, and they still lost. Why are you automatically assuming they would have won a Game 7, when the Spurs had already defeated them twice in the series on the Suns home floor (Game 1 and Game 5). Also, the Suns would have had to have advanced through two more rounds of the playoffs to try to win the title. The Jazz would have been a tough matchup for the Suns in the conference finals, manhandling them 3 out of 4 times during the regular season. And even had they got to the finals, the Detroit Pistons are a darn good basketball team.
The truth is, even without the NBA's ruling, the Suns were far from an absolute lock to win the title. Every year it seems like the Suns have excuses (last year it was Amare not being able to play), this year it was the Horry situation. What will it be next year?? I mean come on, stop the whining Suns fans. Outside of Arizona, it's falling on deaf ears.

SHUT UP ALREADY!!!! we are all tired of hearing your whining about how the Suns got shafted. Why don't ya'll spend the summer vacation explaining the rules to your team again about jumping up or sitting down when a confrontation ensues?

Yeah. it definately took away from a lot of the excitement of the series, but I don't know if the suns would have won if it didn't happen.
