I go back to my answer when you asked for a name for Harry Potter! - but knowing the name of the goodie may have been helpful here!
also, you could use plays on the names of, for example, F1 drivers, or circuits - I am sure you know enough of those! - or even straights or corners.
Eg Brand Shatch
Silver Stone
Maggie Course (magna Cours)
Mull Sane (mulsane Straight - part of Le Mans!)
Mickey Shumi
Healey Zipp (Jensen Button!!!)

Oh wow, it's as if you're writing fanfiction.
Some names that you can choose for villians should have names relating to Greek mythology.
If you do want to follow more in J.K.Rowling's footsteps, you can attatch first names to the following surnames that Ms. Rowling has planted throughout her books. Some Death Eaters' (or villians') last names include:
Avery, Nott, Goyle, Carrows, Dolohov, Malfoy, Lestrange, Crabbe, Jugson, Macnair, Mulciber, Parkinson, Rookwood, Gibbon, Rosier, Wilkes, Travers, Yaxley.
I do not recommend using Malfoy or Lestrange because the names already have infamous characters attatched to them. I do, however, recommend that if you do use some of these names, keep the initials A.A. or D.D. because the author is known for her silly plays on names (i.e. Minerva McGonagall or Severus Snape).
I hope this helps.

The best way to name characters is to make sure they are different enough from each other so that the reader will distinguish one from another easily. If one of your names was one syllable long, another is two syllables long, and another three syllables, they will be remembered far better than three villains named "Malfecus" "Malicious" and "Motuvious"
Repeating sounds in names makes them difficult to remember. Harry, Ron and Hermione are good examples of how to choose good names - they each have unique sounds within the name so the possibility of getting them confused is slim.
I suggest going to http://www.babynamesworld.com/ and choosing a name that MEANS something to the story... if your character uses fire, search names that mean "fire" or "flame."
Jo Rowling does it a lot in her stories, choosing names that have meaning or exist in mythology.
Without knowing the story, it's difficult to supply you with three specific names, but hopefully you can use those resources to come up with your own unique names.
