ive been bleeding dark brown discharge for about 3-4 days with a gap of about a week for about a month.
can someone tell me ALL of the possible reasons for this. im very worried.
i have an appointment with my doctor but its not until the end of the month.
PLEASE help.

That is completely normal for girls to experience that. Not everyone's period is the same. And its not a sinus infection becaue there are no sinuses "down there" any ways the loogie-looking thing is probably a blood clot which is totally normal too. If it smells funny, like not like your period normally does than it might be something else. But for now i dont think its anything, if it gets worse and it lasts longer than your normal period cycle of however many days, then see your doctor. you can even ask now if you are unsure. But i hope i have been some help.
