I'm 33 wks pregnant with my first and at 20 wks I didn't feel my little girl very often either.... sometimes only once a day! I was about 25 wks before it started feeling like a soccer player was in my belly and those kicks and punches only get stronger! Now she likes to put her feet on the bottom of my ribs and push! Don't worry, it sounds like you have a healthy baby boy. He'll let you know he's around when he gets a little bigger and stronger!

Hm... everyone is so different, or so they say. He's been moving around a lot for quite a few wks now so I always seem amazed when ppl say they never felt their baby move until 20, 22, 24 or 26 wks. Maybe if you really pay attention while you're laying on your side in the morning or if you are sitting indian style or w/ your legs crossed. There's nothing down there anymore (very low in your abdomen) except for a big uterus and a baby. You'll feel you stomach and intestines gurgle still but you feel it around, outside where your uterus is. By this week He should be able to give you better kicks and it'll feel like a little thump or like a deep muscle twitch. Before it would have felt like a squirmy feeling, little ticks or a very teeny muscle tremor. I'm 20wks too and I first felt my baby at 14wks (very small movement) and would go days w/o feeling anything. About the 16th wk I felt a squirming sensation with little ticks and by the next week I would feel a strong muscle tremor feeling when I sat certain ways like she was saying "hey, gimme s'more room in here!". About a week and a half ago I've pinpointed certain times of the day that she is active like clock work but I usually had to be sitting still. Now I can feel her even when I'm standing. You may find that you feel him move around a lot or a little bit more when you are really hungry.

It is perfectly normal not to and it is perfectly normal for some to feel movement already. Everyone is different. My 1st I felt movement at 21 weeks, definite kicks, the second at about 16 but I think it was just because I knew what I was feeling for and maybe I had already stretched out some from the first lol.
Congratulations, and when you do start feeling that little boy move more it will be so amazing!!!

Don't worry so much it's normal. Some people feel they baby's move a lot some not.
My baby start moving around 19 week, but it was just little touch nothing big, at 23 he start moving like crazy and week latter i start to see his moves on a belly. Now I'm 31 week pregnant and he still moves a lot, so don't worry!!!
But if u don't feel right about it then u should ask Ur doctor if it's OK or not.

I didn't feel an actual "kick" til a couple weeks after my ultra sound and I had it at 20 weeks. Hang in there! You should be feeling a lot more movement in the next month. And how exciting it will be!!!

It's normal. I'm 21 weeks, and I only feel my baby move a lot when I'm in a particular position, like sitting hunched over at my desk. He's not big enough for you to feel any great kicking or anything at this point.

I'm sure your baby is moving around during the day but you're probably too busy to notice it. I wouldn't be too concern about it yet. Because once you hit 23+ weeks you should begin to feel your baby move on schedule. You wouldn't have to sit there waiting for your baby to kick...you would just feel it beacause it's much stronger.

At 20 weeks he is not big enough for you to feel every movement. I am 22 weeks, and I really only feel him move some mid-day and at night.

That is completely normal. It starts with occasional flutters like you are feeling, and as the baby grows the movements will be more obvious and will get stronger. CONGRATS and Good Luck!
