Take it to an Isuzu dealer---I used to work at one and remember they had some problems with a gas purge valve or decel valve in the fuel system that caused stalling...was kind of a weird fuel system setup and anyone unfamiliar with Isuzu's may have trouble diagnosing it. Could be a bad EGR also---need miles, model, engine to diagnose better.

If it's a gas engine, it's probably the choke setting. If diesel?????????
