Your baby is about the size of a peanut. It's perfectly normal not to show yet. Don't worry - you'll be carrying a basketball in your tummy too soon!

take it from someone how knows about being pregnant. There really is no real time saying you should be this big at this certain time of your preg. I was full term and did not look more then maybe 4 - 5 m along but my baby was a 8 lb 9 oz a very good wight . Some times you just don't gain any thing but the baby dos . So do not worrier about it you are just normal. Do not be concerned unless your Dr says to you gain more , an another words enjoy it , its the most wonderful time

ENJOY IT even though I know you want to be looking pregnant so badly! I didn't show until week 24 and then all of a sudden I BLEW up! I then got way bigger then I should have and am 4 months post delivery and still trying to lose the rest =) You gain the most in the last month but you could start showing anywhere from 8 weeks to 20 something like me. It is so different from person to person and even pregnancy to pregnancy. It all depends on your size, shape, how you are carrying and all kinds of things! Good luck and congrats!!!

It's normal not to show yet. My first pregnancy I was still so flat at 12 weeks. I didn't start showing until I was around 25 weeks. Now with my second pregnancy im at 19 weeks and still not showing a lot. It just depends on the women's body.

Totally normal!
I was 5 months pregnant and I didn't even know!
I bet you are blessed with a small figure! Once you start talking about it all of a sudden this little football will appear from nowhere!
Congratulations by the way!

Very normal yet frustrating if your wanting to show. I know i could wait till i could see my bump start growing bigger. I am now 17 weeks and POOF my belly just has grown over night. Just take it one week at a time and soon enough you'll and other people will start to notice a little bump.

totally normal, especially if it's your first pregnancy. Your abdominal muscles are still strong and act as a corset making it less likely that you'll show. With subsequent pregnancies you'll show earlier as those muscles are stretched out. I didn't actually begin to look pregnant until I was 6 months along.

yes, the baby is probably still behind your pubic bones. most don't show until about 15 weeks (sometimes later if its your 1st).
I heard when you DO show this early its actually just a hormone making your tummy hard and not the baby, but I keep forgetting to ask my MW at appointments...
check out the forums at babycanter.com, you can join your 'birthclub' and usually they post pics of their bellies to compare (at least mine does - Sept.2007 babies)
