If you know the model number of your motherboard, then simply visit their homepage and browse through the driver section of that particular mobo. You should find drivers there.
Otherwise there are various motherboard ID tools which you may use to identify your motherboard, and in turn, find out the onboard graphics.

Do a Google search using the name and model # of your motherboard. Or use the disk that came along with your motherboard, it will have the driver that you need.
Or go to the motherboard's manufacturers web site and search there.

unfortunetely when you format your drive sean, all your drivers need to be reinstalled after you install windows
alot of the drivers are loaded by windows, but certain drivers such as graphics have to be downloaded and installed
as your graphics are on-board,then they belong to a set of drivers called "chipset drivers"
these are a group of drivers that are responsible for all the onboard devices on your motherboard, these include graphics,audio,u.s.b2.0 and lan(local area network),they also include ide drivers and memory drivers in some cases
you should have your chipset drivers as a cd rom that came with your p.c,however alot of users misplace these and they are probally out of date anyway,so you need to download the latest "chipset drivers"
as you havent mentioned your motherboard or onboard graphics manufacturer i cant give you the download link, however here is some of the most popular websites that do chipset drivers
nvidia..http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
ati...https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&folderID=27
intel....http://support.intel.com/
s3...........http://www.s3graphics.com/en/index.jsp
however if you wish to e-mail me your motherboard make or graphics (you will find this at start>control panel>display properties>settings>you will see the name of your onboard graphics there)i will find the drivers for you
good luck mate!
