When I watch Yahoo movie trailers, I can hear it but the picture is a stream of colors. Anyone have solutions?

I have tried several movie trailers, I can hear the clips but the picture is a colorful blurr.

May be you don't have the most updated version of Quicktime or Real player or Windows Media
