when you see the bad guys in the movies run around 5 seconds after they have been sprayed, thats a lie.
it lasts longer than 45 mins depending on how much is sprayed into your eyes.
when i was about 10 i played with 1 and got some into my eyes. STINGS! BURNS!

does it count if i was trying to open the pepper bottle and got pepper in my eyes?
of course it hurts longer than 2 minutes!
my eyes were red for the rest of the day!

A few years back, when the U of MN mens hockey team won the national championship, there was a riot on campus. The police came in, in squad gear, and one of the biggests parts of the riots in the middle of an intersection was pepper-sprayed to break up the crowd. I wasn't IN that, but I was standing on the top of a nearby parking ramp, and the spray wafted upwards and hit us (6 stories up!) and we all got it in our eyes and even just that mist hurt like CRAZY!

Once... but it was on accident. Someone bet me I wouldn't use it as a seasoning for my eggs. I won the bet, but only after the stream hit the eggs and sprayed the four of us sitting at the table hitting two of us in the eyes. The other two got in the mouth and nose.

I have seen people get the foaming stuff. OOOOOHHH does it look painful. I was watching a video of new recruits at a jail house as guards and they all got hosed, on guy i swear was sprayed for like fifteen seconds. then this lady got like five sconds but had TOOOOONNNNS of makeup on and it couldn't penetrate the makeup.

Sort of. When I was a realtor I bought some to carry on my keychain in case the client was creepy. Well I tested it once in my driveway to see how it sprayed...and the wind blew some back on me! YES, STINGS!

Yes. It's awful. My brother had some under the counter in his store. A cashier sprayed me with it, just messing around.

It burns incredibly bad... I have used it and been sprayed myself, it is bad stuff. It took a guy who whacked my partner, and I sprayed him good with it. Put him right out of the fight at least until we got him cuffed. Then he kicked out the back window of the police car...
Fun times!

No, but I have pepper spray in several locations in my house incase I need to use it. I hope I never have to use it but if I do, I also hope I don't catch any residue....:(
