I use two main weather sites - one of which has already been mentioned.

1) The Weather Channel - www.weather.com
2) WeatherUnderground - www.weatherunderground.com

Depends on the weather you are looking for. I wouldn't go to Orlando to look for blizzards, but I were interested in thunderstorms, it's a good place to be.
