Three ways... for the most part.

1: Shade shade shade!
2: They lick their bodies (mainly arms) to keep their body temp down. The blood runs close to the surface there and the moisture keeps the temp of the blood down a bit.
3: They will dig up cool dirt just under the surface and rest in that.
