First thing in the morning, when I get up to use the washroom, it literally takes me 15 minutes to urinate, and I am lucky if I get it all. I know that I don't have a infection. So I was wondering what could be causing this, I am only 11 weeks pregnant. The baby isn't very big to be pushing on my bladder. Could it be twins?

At eleven weeks, your baby isn't large enough to exert any pressure on your bladder at all. While you may be having twins, they surely wouldn't cause this either ;-) You need to make an appointment to be checked out. It could be many other issues. Good luck!

During the baby's development (the first 3 months) alot of body changes are going on. This includes the way that the baby is pressing on some organs due to the positon of them. The bladder is often pressed down and can make urination a difficult or challenging thing then, at least temporarily. It should be better as time goes on. I recall a point in pregnancy when I could NOT stop urinating. I took a walk a few blocks only and had to find a bathroom then. It is not uncommon to have urinating changes during this. Drinking more liquids may help with this , don't strain or force to go. That could cause some tissue or muscle strain or damage. Try running the water in the faucet nearby when you feel you have to but won't. Sometimes the running water makes you want to go then, the sound of it makes you feel the need to.

I am 12 weeks today, but for the past week, I have had the same problem. I found out that it has something to do with the position of my uterus. It puts pressure right on the opening of my bladder which makes it difficult to completely empty my bladder very quickly. I have to literally push all of the urine out and it takes me a while. Just when I think that I am done, I feel like there is more, but I have to push to get it to come out. This happens to me every morning, but I was told, it might get better in a couple weeks or so.
