I was wondering if all guys in the world can be turned on no matter how gentleman, shy, timid, and cool (as in cold or emotionless and hiding everything inside of them) they are?

Many people, both male and female, repress their awareness of being turned on but the physical changes still happen. Studies have shown that both men and women will experience elavated heart rates, breathing and other signs of arousal at viewing sexual movies, even if they deny being aroused.
On the other hand, I'm not sure about eunichs or if there are any mental or physical ailments that would prevent arousal from occuring; and the biggest factor in sexual arousal is the person's mind.

once the blood flow redirects itself from it's trip to the big head down to the little head he's turned on and his personality matters not at all he becomes "hard" he's turned on . Now what he does about it is a whole another matter. This however does not apply to Dick Cheney,or Bill O'Rielly but for all other's it does.

Yeah, probably pretty much any guy... except for Bryant Gumbel and the guy that works down at the DMV.
