I know this question was already asked, but I want to see what people think.

I believe it is. The Left and Right are on the same side. (keep the little man down and the rich man rich) I'm tired of the BS. I'm tired of the government not taking care of the real issues in America. I'm tired of US sending Billions of Dollars oversees with no return. I think it's time to take our country back.

I believe in a new idea, The American Party. Where we get back to our routes, where we do whats right, where we take care of our own before the world, where we mind our own business. Am I talking like an isolationist, yes, but there is so much more to. I'm not saying cut off the world, I'm saying take care of our home before we go clean someone else's house.

So, the question is, what do you think??? By "you" I mean you, not what someone else told you to think!

It's long overdue, but the American public is largely naive, uneducated, and intimidated, and has been so accustomed to being nurtured and coddled to that it is utterly dependent on things they now believe they are "entitled" to. And the media does an excellent job controlling the status quo and keeping the elite nobility in power.

I'm hoping that the immigration bill leads to the destruction of the Republican party. There are a lot of Republicans utterly furious with the inaction and self-castration of their majority over the past decade, and I already believe they will be severely ousted in 2008.

But the media will completely misread it. It will not be an endorsement of the Democrat party, but rather the first sign of a revolution on the near horizon. I suspect you'll see a huge growth in the Libertarian and Constitutionalist parties and a general uprising of people, with increased domestic politically-motivated violence, similar to what it was like just prior to the Boston Massacre. And I wouldn't be surprised if there's an assault on one or more major media outlets, similar to what happened at the start of the Hungarian revolution.

People are just livid and running out of options, already pushed to their financial limits and constantly feeling cornered. That is a recipe for disaster, and the signs are all there that it is only going to get worse over the next few years, no matter who wins in 2008.

I would like to see a candidate with enough balls to stop all the Politically Correct crap. Speak English and stop beating around the bush. The Democrats and Republicans have been running the show for so long that there isn't any difference in party. They are the haves, we are the have nots. It doesn't matter what Joe Public thinks or wants anymore. A PRIME example is in Texas where they people voted in a law to help oust the illegal aliens and the people that aid them. The Supreme Court overturned that democratically reached settlement in favor of the illegals. What's next , subsidizing crack houses ? The powers that be need to be removed and replaced by sensible Americans who aren't tethered by the ACLU and Special Interest, but by the Constitution; so OF the people.BY the people and FOR the people does not perish from this earth..

No this isn't a third world country you know. There is a third party and its the moderate majority. Moderates elect people, not libs or conservs. Dems elected Bush twice because he was the most moderate. The idea of third party is appealing but all of things that you just said, is said evry other election. No one holds officials to their word and thats the problem. There is no reason to believe that a new, small party would not take the money offered to them (of course just until they could build up) and that they would not deal power in Congress to get their personal bills passed and cousins jobs. The solution is not more politicians, its less. The best active campaign would be start dumping incumbents and enforcing term limits that keeps people from becoming money collectors in Congress. Third Party is not a good idea. Swell that you are all riled up but you have been voting for the same idiots who tell you what YOU want to hear. These same things are said by politicians who speak to the NRA or to unions or wherever gullible people assemble. Dump them! Demand better from those who want your vote. Thats a lot quicker, easier and more reliable then starting another pig sty.

Please keep in mind that it is possible to change the ideology of both parties by becoming involved with the two parties. There was once a time in the Republican party when cutting welfare and cutting taxes for higher income earner was considered ludicrous but after Ronald Regean that has become generally standard.
Also- Both Parties allow their candidates (dems more so than Reps) to be flexible and not totally adhere totally to a single ideology (i.e Gulliani is Republican but is pro-choice)
also- on the issues you're mentioned there are plenty of people who are in parties and already adhere to those ideas. (Menendez for example, apart from being slightly questionable, seems to have argued the same things but is still firmly democrat)

i don't comprehend why somebody gave you a thumbs down... it relatively is a severe question that greater individuals ought to ask. My opinion is that the conventional guy or woman has a tricky sufficient time seperating the sign from the noise between 2 events... greater suitable than 2 alternatives might confuse human beings. human beings additionally ought to care much less approximately politics... they seem to non-political motives to vote. To them, 0.33 events make existence complicated. and finally, having a 0.33 occasion might propose that existence won't be able to be divided up into left vs. genuine... for human beings that care, politics has grow to be like a activity... this is "us vs. them." Democrats vs. Republicans. You the two purchase the completed occasion value ticket or you're with "the different adult males."

You might want to take a look at the Libertarian Party.

It isn't new, but you'd find a lot to agree with there.
