Well, I have had that fear lots and lots of times, so whenever that happens to me, I just lie there in my bed, and go through my ENTIRE day (in my head) PLAY by PLAY...
starting with,...
"Ok, what did I do as soon as I woke up this morning...
"FIRST, I went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth, ate breakfast"...
...THEN try to remember EXACTLY what YOU ate,...like,...
"Ok, I ate 2 pieces of bacon, french toast", ect...
"Then I...ect, ect, ect"....

By the time you TRY to remember EVERYTHING you did in ONE DAY, your mind will be so tired, you will most likely fall asleep BEFORE you are able to finish!!!

I'm serious!!! Just TRY it!

THIS will work!!! It ALWAYS does for ME!!!

Why do you fear not waking up in the morning. Find the problem, then solve it. For example, your fear stems from you having things undone, then go do it first.

if you don't wake up, you'll never know you didn't wake up :)

besides... how many mornings have you woken up? statistically the odds are in your favor then aren't they? :)
