Remeber that a^2x^2 - b^2 factors as (ax - b)(ax + b)
So
((1/11)x - 2/7)((1/11)x + 2/7)

(1/121) x^2 = (x/11)^2 and 4/46 = (2/7)^2
formula a^2-b^2 = (a-b)(a+b)

(x/11 -2/7) (x/11+2/7)
