Yes,dear you are pregnant just because you haven't seen or felt any symptoms is normal everyones body is different just like at the time of labor we as women don't have the same labor pains . Some are harder than others as well as easier than others.Don't worry those symptoms are going to kick in and when they do you're going to wish they haven't your'e definetely pregnant i don't know any one that has been late for 12 days with a positive test.Unless your'e in menopause stage .but, test don't lie. Good Luck and God bless you and your new bundle of joy!

I say count your blessings! Some Women do not experience all the symptoms like nausea and sore breasts. Some experience a few of the symptoms others don't know they are pregnant until they start to show or go to the doc. I have a couple of friends this happened to. It is nothing to worry about! Be sure to make a doc appointment to start your care. Congrats! :)

Yes, if your test is positve then you are defintely pregnant. The test will only come up positive if you have the pregnancy hormone in your system and there is no such thing as a false positive when it comes to a pregnancy test.
The next step to take is make an appointment with your doctor. Good luck with everything.

Sounds like you are, but if you have any doubts do another test - I'd go to the doctor and get a blood test, but where I live the healthcare is free.

Some people don't get nausea... I didn't until about a month into my pregnancy.

If you do, add ginger to your diet.

Not everybody has morning sickness and nausea. If you are unsure about the pregnancy test, go to a doctor and get a blood test to be sure.

If the test is positive, you're pregnant! Even without symptoms. Count yourself lucky. Sometimes the symptoms come a little bit later...so look out. But, you're definitely prego!!

The big question is why haven't you been to a Doctor yet? It's possible that you may have an ectopic pregnancy - you could die from that! I never had nausea, was sick, or spotted when I was pregnant!

Some women do not get morning sickness at all. Hopefully that is your case. When you have you first OB visit mention this and the cramping to your doctor. They will do a sonogram to check for a heartbeat.

congratulations! you are pregnant! being 12 days late and the positve test confirmed it! Some lucky women don't have any of those symptoms! But you may experience them later in your pregnancy.

thank your lucky stars and enjoy!!! Usually women are sick to their stomaches for the first 3 months all day..... not so fun. Enjoy that fact that you are not feeling that way. Everyone's pregnancies are different - some women throw up for months when they are preggers. The craps are probably due to your uterus expanding.
