Note: For all those who take things literally...by doll, I didnt mean a childs toy. I was referring to a term of endearment. Koukla....though it has a literal meaning...is used as a term of endearment as in doll, beautiful, babe/baby, etc.

It is obviously an answer to a question like "How are you?". The answer (the text you have posted here) is "Fine, doll (=beautiful), how are you doing?"
