WELL I SENT THEM A LETTER ONCE THANKING THEM FOR A MEAL AND RECEIVED A COUPLE OF VOUCHERS AS A THANK YOU FROM THEM

You can either call the 1800 number or go to their website to make a complaint. Make sure when you make the complaint that you have all your details to back it up including time, date, location, and if you went through drive thru or inside. They will not always give out vouchers, it depends entirely on the situation.

contact the better business bureau. www.bbb.com It works. I have reported 2 companies to them. I reported a tanning salon and recieved a voucher for 1 month free tanning. The complaint is sent to the BBB then is forwarded on to the company. They will in turn contact you if the BBB could get a hold of them first to file the complaint.

Go to the head KFC offices don't go to the branch since they couldn't rally care. If KFC care they will go into it and then talk to the KFC worker. They might give you a free meal or something.

You tend to get in vouchers what you ordered and on your receipt it will give the time and a code so that they can check it's true..

I would go to their web site and be specific in your details. The question is, if they provide a voucher for their awful "food", is that something you really want? Eat real food.

You should be able to get a number for head office, but to be honest they would take more notice if you wrote them a letter! Make sure you leave your address on it so they can send you those yummy vouchers! x

seriously... if u need to complain about something y would u want free vouchers to go back to the place?! plus u know as soon as u hand them over they gonna spit in ur food!
