When I am feeling a 100% (or 95% anyway) and it is a workout morning (M,W,F) I look forward to waking up and taking my pre workout go juice drink and being at the gym by 5:30...it's pretty fun.

For me, it's waking up in the morning......just knowing that it's the beginning of a new day is all I need to start things off. It might be a harder task than going to bed, but living another day is another chance to be happy! :)
