No they have not proved that aliens exist, although with scientifically-gathered data we can extrapolate that there is a reasonable probability that life outside of our solar system is quite possible.

well........no. they only proved that theres water in mars not living oranisms. although they have prooved that there are germs in the mars and thats about it.
