GENITAL WARTS lead to Carcinom of Cervix.

There is no prescribed treatment for genital wart, vaginitis, or cervical cancer strains, other than surgery. Vaginal or cervical cells obtained by Pap smear or biopsies that have the "characteristic appearance of HPV-infected cells under the microscope is usually how HPV is diagnosed. Specific blood tests may show that there has been HPV infection in the past, but they cannot determine if HPV is currently present. They vary in size and can form large masses; their growth can extend into the vagina, urethra, cervix, perirectal epithelium, anus, and rectum. The symptom of the disease is pink-to brown papillomatous papules or nodules on the genitalia, perineum, crural folds, and anus. Genetal warts are caused by some strains of human papillomavirus (HPV).

Um, ouch. Depending on what kind of warts you have, treatments may vary. But they are usually treated with medicated ointments. You should probably see a doctor or talk to a pharmacist to figure out what you need. Also keep in mind that once you have certain kinds of STD s (Herpes for example), you will have them for life. You can treat the symptoms, but you can't cure the disease. You will need to use a condom from now on to prevent the spreading to another person.

ie Burning them wont help.

That would be a resounding NO. You get rid of them by having a licensed medical professional apply podophylline acid. It burns a little but gets rid of them. DO NOT USE A MAG GLASS under any circumstances. You could cause serious, permanent damage to a very special place. Go to a health clinic if you don't want to go to your family doctor.
