my prom is in december and i'm looking for a dj that's cheap. idea's anyone?

Ask a friend to do it. Between now and then, work on your song list and burn your faves onto CDs. Make a list of announcements that you want made at your wedding and have your friend make those announcements.

If you want a professional, be prepared to pay for it. If you want a nice time and to share your experience with a friend, work together with a friend and have that friend be your DJ. It just might work out great.
