Roommate and I will be moving into a 2/2, Master bedroom is 11'5x14'2 and 2nd bedroom is 11'4x13'0. Total of the apartment is 998ft², and the base rent a month is $1013 (this is without electric, water, cable, etc) The room size is just a tad bigger but, the bathroom is connected in the Master, they have a garden tub which is larger than the 2nd bathroom. In the 2nd bathroom, the bathroom is across the hall and next to the laundry room. So how much would be "fair" for the Master bedroom to pay, and or what's a fair way to do this? Thanks!

I believe master bedroom is the biggest bedroom among the other rooms in that particular house & natural when u rent it is most costly that hte other one.

i would suggest it be based on the total square metres of each room --- for the master that would include the ensuite
