If we are going to send 18 year olds off to war, they should lower the voting age to 18. They should have some input into what our government is doing. One thing that has always irritated me is that you can send an 18 year old to war, to kill or possibly be maimed or killed, but they can't drink a beer legally. How bizarre!!!

The voting age was lowered to 18 the very year that I turned 21!
Frankly though, not many people under 21 ever seem to vote. I guess it's a developmental stage; some may be ready before 21, and they will vote; but most aren't.

No---How can you send someone 18 to war that cant even vote yet if it was raised to above 18. In order to be in a war you will have to legal to vote. Dont see how this would change anything.

5 years and 5 million money of campaigning and Romney have been given 6 fewer votes than 2008 . Paul's help , jointly as underplayed and bashed in the media , is starting to be on a daily basis . in case you like tax breaks for millionaires and conflict then purely vote for all and sundry yet Paul . if , although , you may somewhat shelter our u . s . and cut back spending and keep away from distant places invasions on the behest of the financial corporation of england and the Rothschilds , then evaluate Paul . He won't disappoint .

Good idea!

But we shouldn't stop there. We should abolish the right of women to vote for paying them less. We should remove the right of votes of pensioners for allowing reducing pension and health care.

Actually the best is to remote election at all, selecting a king so s/he can do what ever s/he wants

They go off to war because they can't go to college or get a real job. That's why we are losing all our wars.
