More and more evidence is coming to light that the Bush/Cheney ticket is one of the most corrupt administrations ever. Clinton was impeached because he couldn't keep it in his pants. Yet what Bush and Cheney have been doing is verging on criminal if not actually there. Why is this administration being protected when what they have done far exceeds anything that occurred during Watergate and Clinton's trist. Isn't it time for them to go?

Of course!

They should have been impeached as soon as it was found that there were no weapons of mass destruction being stockpiled in Iraq.

They should have been impeached as soon as they admitted to taking this country to war based on faulty intelligence.

Cheney should have been impeached as soon as he shot his friend in the face while using an expired hunting license.

Of course, as bush has said, he feels that if the president does it, whatever it is, it is not illegal.

Didn't the republicans learn their lesson when nixon resigned in disgrace, realizing that he was not above the law of the land?

I believe it is probable that Bush and Cheney have committed high crimes and misdemeanors.

However, were the Democrats to bring such charges, they would generate sympathy for Bush and Cheney.

Impeachment is a political process. Guilt or innocence is determined by politicians. There is no clear definition of high crimes and misdemeanors that Congress would be forced to observe.

So, I believe that impeachment is an emergency measure. We can't be changing governments just because one administration loses popularity. We get nothing done, especially the tough things that need to be done.

Too frequent use of impeachment will create chaos.

Typical liberal rhetoric and non-sense, Bush most corrupt? No examples given here. Clinton was impeached for perjury to a grand jury and obstruction of justice, not for failure to wear a belt. Now if you would like to get some details of a corrupt administration, how bout these examples:
White water
Cattlegate
Gennifer Flowers
Paula Jones
Vince Foster
Travelgate
Nannygate
Lincoln bedroom
Monica Lewinsky
Webb Hubbell hush money
Kathleen Willey
Red Chinagate
Juanita Broddrickgate
Selling Military TechnologyGate
Pardongate
Ect............

Those were all under poor innocent Slick Willie......care to list examples of Bush's "Corruption"? Didn't think so!

Most definately........YES!!! The fact they hadn't been long ago is still a mystery. I want to know who's kissing who's you know what or who has someone paid off or threatened so good they stay in the White House is beyond me. If anyone looked at how Sept. 11 happened and then the aftermath should make anyone livid enough to show up on the White House steps demanding someone fess up for it. It's unfortunate that our troops are sent to a false flag war over someone who didn't do anything to cause the war. Look over history facts and you'll find that Bush and Cheney are nothing but liars and they including many others who know who they are were part of the planning of 9/11 to happen. It was all based on lies, deception, access to oil, powerhungry, financial and political gain. Learn to read the signs of the times in which we live. Besides, all you have to do is investigate the structural properties of how the twin towers collapsed into dust when nowhere in history has any steel/concrete structure ever free-fall collapsed due to small fires or damage. They were planned to be taken down but then the government won't allow the proper investigations since they were in on it so it's easier to have a scapegoat to blame it on....which coincidentally those scapegoats have lots of oil. Hmmm.....makes you think, huh?!

Bush lied to congress and the American public about w.m.d and terrorists in Iraq.All Cheney is interested in is Oil and Hallaberten and how much money he can make on the war.I don't know how Bush and Cheney can sleep nights knowing they are responsible for over 3,400 youths that were murdered ,over 26,000 that were wounded and over 120,000 that have post traumatic stress syndrome.We need a statesman with guts like Harry S Truman. We need to control the oil and gas industry for the good of the people,not private interests.We need Politicians that will serve the will of the people and not their own private agenders.

Everything they have done has been public, has been open, and in some cases approved by congress in advance.

Specifically: what have they done that is impeachable? YOU even state "verging on criminal if not actually there" which tells me that even you are not convinced.

President Clinton was not impeached for "not keeping it in his pants", he was impeached for lying to Congress about it while under oath. It's called "Contempt of Congress" and he should have been kicked out of office for that.

If the Democratic party wants to Impeach the President and Vice President, what are they waiting for? They've got a majority of both houses...

You seem to be able to state what Clinton did to deserve impeachment though not accurately. ( He was not impeached for having an affair he was impeached for lying under oath) Congress cannot impeach both the President and the Vice-president at the same time so your little plan to have Ms. Pelosi become President will not work. Next, can you please name one statute that either the President or Vice-president have broken. If you cannot and obviously congress cannot (or they would have done so) then you do not have the grounds for impeachment. We could impeach Pelosi however. She violated the law when she spoke to Syria and acted as a spokesperson for another country(Israel). Legally she should not have spoken to anyone in Syria as we do not have diplomatic relations with Syria. I wonder what you think of that?

Impeachment would be too good for Bush/Cheney, would take too long, and would cost taxpayers too much.
Of the five worst terrorists in the past 75 years:

Joseph Stalin massacred 10 million of his countrymen and died peacefully in his sleep;
Adolph Hitler gassed 6 million Jews and committed suicide before he could face an international court of law;
Idi Amin slaughtered 2 million people in Uganda, then retired in luxuriously';
Saddam Hussein killed more than a million Iraqis and was hanged by the 'new' Iraqi puppet government installed by the Bush administration;
George W. Bush has already killed 675,000 Iraqis and 3,400 U.S. soldiers and has yet to be held accountable for his murderous actions.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and all 535 members of the most cowardly, vile, arrogant, contemptible, incompetent, evil, corrupt U.S. Congress in history [that turned its head while Bush ignored the Constitution, violated laws, and engaged in an illegal invasion of another sovereign nation] deserve to be tried for high crimes against humanity, and - if convicted - should be hanged just as they arranged to hang Hussein. -RKO- 05/22/07

Can't seem to stop beating the dead horse can you lib? One more time, read slowly to let it sink in...........Clinton was impeached for lying to a grand jury......better known as perjury. President Bush and VP Cheney have not committed any crimes. You might not agree with them on the war, which is your right, but nothing criminal has taken place.
Since you brought up Watergate also, that was an illegal break-in......theft.....a criminal act.

Yes they should we are sick of there lies to the american people. They are both crooks and are taking away our hard working money. Bush is a credit card president he spends more money to buy foreign oil then anything else he is happy to have ties with the saudi's. I think our own president is being sold out by other countries. I Think if Bush was in for a 3 term he would of been the first U.S dictatorship president. We need to get rid of them both before they cause so much grief in our country.
