I agree with plenty of water and healthy diet. I wash my face with whatever random bar of soap I pull out of the closet. (I have a collection of soap bars from hotels and motels that I and my mother have collected on our trips.) And while it does dry up some, I don't have much problems with oily-ness, pimples, etc. When I do moisturize, it's with some natural aloe lotion from Trader Joe's, a low cost health food store chain. (I like that lotion, I can use it from head to toe and it's not heavy or greasy. I filled up an empty bottle of lotion with that stuff and it's what I take with me when I travel.)
Anyway, I don't really buy into the skin care claims. When one reads between the lines of the commercials, they talk about things like how the person with the problem has had a poor diet, and stress, etc. Well, that's what Jessica Simpson once complained about in a Proactive commercial. Gee, you think your stress and poor diet contributed? Nah. Then you woudn't be able to promote the product.
Sorry, I'm digressing.

Try oatmeal...it improves your complexion. here is an all natural beauty recipe: Mix old fashioned oats with water to form paste, apply to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Keep yourself hydrated, sleep early and wash your face. If there are any breakouts, leave them alone. And the Pill works too for clearer complexion.

I'd say drink a lot of water and don't eat junk food. Use a good facewash and get out in the sun.
