why? because most of the time viruses are coming from GERMANY and GERMANS ex. the santas bitches virus

Uh, yeah, let's limit 83 millions of people in using their computers because a few bastards among them have nothing better to do than create viruses. Makes a lot of sense. Do you get many such bright ideas?

I don't know where you do your research. I heard of many American college students so far and some Indian college students who spread viruses. I haven't heard much about the Germans. Should we limit college students?
