You cannot and I pray that you are just trying to be funny. Not only is it against the law but it is just, well, stupid.
For one you would never be able to care for the animal just as many of the other stupid people who try to keep exotics as pets.
Second, you would not survive the first year seeing as polar bears are beyond aggressive and will kill for no reason.
I could go on and on but I wont...... questions like this piss me off and I do not want to overstep my bounds.

Go to the zoo, visit the real live polar bears... Take some nice pictures.
Then stop in the gift, and buy a nice stuffed animal.
And if you are still inspired, look into a Polar Bear viewing trip to Churchill downs.

It is a polar bear cub. Because it is a bear, not a dog. You might be thinking of seals, as their young are called pups.

The polar bare is very dangerous animal.They are wild animals and strong enough to kill u with 1 blow. They are born killers . It is said that would tare up a solid steal basket ball.

Polor Bears are not domesticated animals, I think you haven't thought this one through. you could be on the menu someday.

You may want to rethink that idea after you see what you come up with....
