Women are easy to manipulate.
They believe you when you lie.
Men are people that you would never deal with if you knew how nasty they were.

Depends on the person.
In my experience women are more manipulative. Society deems that it is ok for a man to be blunt and say what is on his mind, and women are looked down on for doing the same. So women have to work around society’s constraints to get the same results.
