Lot's of great responses here. I am just compelled to toss in my two cents.
Getting liberals to agree on something is like herding cats. There is no "typical liberal response" to anything.
I am astonished, however, by conservative talking points. Over and over again I will hear exactly the same response, word for word, without citation, from a dozen different sources on some conservative issue--as though every morning they all read from the same page some place. It would be interesting to find out exactly who is creating neocon talking points. Is it Karl Rove?
I enjoy listening to the conservative talk show radio hate jocks. But they don't air Rush when I tune in anymore. Is he still waxing apopletic over Hillary's changing hair style? Funny how conservatives make such a huge issue over hair. I guess that is the biggest fault of Edwards, Kerry, and Ms. Clinton. None of them have Strom Thummond's plugs--so they must be vain and vacuous.
I also find it interesting how often I still hear the lie repeated about Clinton's $200 haircut holding up LAX traffic. He did get a haircut on the airplane (to the best of my knowledge), but it is a bald faced lie any traffic was delayed because of it--except perhaps his own. But you never hear anyone talk about how Chimpy McFlightsuit held up docking of an entire aircraft carrier two days so he could stage a photo op. "Mission Accomplished."
The things liberal leaders do that liberals don't like--they tend to fault them for. The things conservative leaders do conservatives don't like seem so easily overlooked or summarily dismissed. Record deficits? Well, deficits are only a problem when they are created by democratic administrations. Republican administrations can build multimillion dollar bridges to nowhere, or squander half a trillion dollars on unprovoked war, without consequence.

I clicked on your link and read every response and found only one that asked you to stop believing everything you see on Fox News. So how is one of many typical?
I have read the conservative rants and questions and some sound as though they came word for word from either Fox News or conservative hate radio. If not than the hate on the conservative side has been brought to a very interesting level of clarity. I know the liberals have their radicals too and I read some of the responses about Rosie O'Donnell and so on but, of course that doesn't count in your minde, does it?
I have to laugh when people seem to get so incensed or up tight about answers from people they don't even know. I admit to having a rough day and letting someone have it too but overall this forum is for exchange of ideas. Too bad people use it to bait and rile one another.
From your post you were obviously riled by one person's answer and generalized it to include everyone. That generalization usually means someone doesn't know what they are talking about.
Have a great day.

Why do typical cons think that there is such a thing as a "liberal entity?"
HINT: We are not all one animal. We do not all think, feel, or say the same things. I know that's REALLY difficult to understand, you being a FOX fan and all.
**********************
And if you have a problem with what someone said about Fox, perhaps you have been living under a rock and didn't know that FOX WENT TO COURT FOR THE RIGHT TO LIE and won the case.
See, some of us have an issue with that. If you knew a guy at work, and he told you he was GOING TO LIE TO YOU ON A REGULAR BASIS, you probably wouldn't hang out with him.
THAT's the issue with Fox. They aren't NEWS. They are propaganda.
