yeah i know its really annoying. people have to undrstand that everyone has a different perspective and view point and musn't give a thumbs down for what they don't believe in or agree with because at the end of the day its not about "you" but more about the person who wrote it trying to express their views. [don't get me wromg]

yeah i know people gave me a thumbs down on the "i wanna have your babies" song question which i answered LoL . its just a song and different people have different music tastes so other people should respect others view points because people do think differently and therefore every opinion should count. doesnt mean coz i like the song then you should be against me and give me a thumbs down. [not offended though]

if you don't like someones opinions then stick with your own don't undermind them because of what they think.

Annoying isn't it?

I tend to think I'm getting used to it, but sometimes someone gets too thumb happy and gives a thumbs down for the dumbest things ever!

I think some people out of this category see the unity and how we know and get along with each other, then they get stifled with jealousy and report then give us thumbs down just for being South African.

Yep.
I only give a thumbs down for a stupid answer. Not for a difference of opinion.

It's just another form of trolling, and really really dumb. You'll find, like I have, that if someone really does not like what you've said they'll take it as afar as dogging your every reply for a thumbs down, and maliciously reporting you all over the place. Dumb, sumb. dumb.

Yes, lots of us think this is stupid but that's the way it goes.

There are people who gets on Y!A just to go around giving thumbs down to everything. May be they are just angry at the world and everything is depressing for them and they don't want to see people having fun here on Y!A.

It doesn't take away any points. Just ignore it and get on with having fun. Don't take Y!A seriously. It's all fun.

Cheers, mate.

My question is can they be traced? I mean is there not a way for some smart computer buff to trace back to the person who keeps doing this?
