With the high cost of gas, I'm curious to see if anyone is going to be traveling far. Is there anything special you have planned for the week-end?

When I was a kid, my father was big in Indy car racing. Every year, starting around Mother's Day, we'd have to move from Michigan to Indianapolis. He's gone now and I and my family live in Florida. I nolonger make that trek, but I still watch it on TV. My wife and I are going to take a day or two off, and visit with my mother. And *sigh* as a combat vet, I will think about old friends.

Gas prices is too high to travel so my family is just planing to take the day off and watch tv.or play games or cards. Its the new America.we buy gas because we have too and the money that was used for recreation is spent on gas, which made food and every product we use higher.theres no end to it.Just be happy with the memorys that we have of free America.

We are going to our cabin on the lake. It is close to home, but totally relaxing. I can't wait!
