I am thinking of changing my internet to BT because of what they give for your money, i.e. the phone hub, wekend evening and weekend calls, unlimited downloads etc.

Is anyone else with BT, are they good?

I have lots of customers with BT, when they work, its the best thing since sliced breads, when they go down, finding BT to fix your faults is like mission impossible.

I have it and am very happy with it and although I opted for a wireless connection have recently reverted back to an Ethernet connection (a/la router) for security reasons.
Be sure to check every thing on the delivery list when it arrives as I signed for mine and then found that my Hub phone was not included and it was a trial getting one sent.

The only thing that I had to pay for was the Wireless Dongle which was £49 (v.steep).

I would not be tempted by their vision(online tv) offer however as you have to pay (cheek) per program to view which I think is a right b scam as you are paying for the line/broadband already.

And (finally) I would add that when it works it's the sweetest around but if you have a problem get yourself an interpreter - you will need it..Lots of luck.

Yes i have it and its great, i was on tiscali before and that was cr ap, so its £27.00 a month but as they say you get what you pay for, i have had nearly a year and had not 1 problem i leave the home hub on all the time aswell. I would not look any further than bt, well they are the main ones.

I`ve been with BT TOTAL BROADBAND AND THE BT HUB/PHONE for a long time now.
And I would say, yes go for it. I`ve never, never had any problems with them.
Enjoy :-)
