get rid of your recent and go with your friends ex. seems like your recent still has a thing for his ex and the other girls. you said your engaged? ask yourself if you want to marry this person. remember your supposed to be committed to one another when you get married or are in any relationship.

Why do I feel as if you've cast yourself as somehow unworthy of this great guy? Because you're giving me those signals. Odds are, he's picking up on them, too.

First: the ex doesn't have a name. Unless he's trying to get you two together for social events, she doesn't bear the mention of a name. She's just the ex.

Second: I sense neediness-- he's got you insecure. If this guy is worthy of you, talking to him and confiding insecurities shouldn't make things worse, it should make them better. Don't expect him to change his behavior entirely, but if he can't show sensitivity to you when you tell him your insecurities, how is he going to keep you happy in a marriage? Talk to him and confess, and his reaction will determine his long-term fitness. Not his job, his financial security, or his good looks.

Finally: If you're honestly tempted by someone else in the midst of all this, maybe you're engaged too young... and it's time to reconsider. Maybe you're not ready to tie yourself down yet... or just subconciously realizing that this fiance is not the man for you.

Good luck in whatever you choose!

Call off the engagement. You two are not meant for each other and staying togethe would be a huge disaster. You both have too much living to get out of the way before even thinking about getting married. Dont understand what ever possessed you two to even get engaged. Breal it off and go back to real living.

Do not know why I feel you are trying to find a reason to date your friend's ex ?? If your finacee did not care , why are you engaged now ?

However, I feel the two of you do not have realy strong passions towards eachother, how about a short break- up to find out if you were together for just some time or if it was real love.
