Well i am at school and i want to show my friends my prom pictures. only problem things like photobucket and etc are blocked. anyone know of any proxies or filters i can use that arent blocked?

You can always go home and save the pictures to a disc or jump drive. Then take the disc or jump drive to school. This way the photos are not on the internet and you would not be blocked from viewing them.
