a few years ago my mom quit smoking but almost every night i dream that she smokes again and most of the time i think its real. whats wrong?

You could be worried that your Mom may start smoking again! You love your Mom and you don't want to loose her to something awful like like lung cancer.

After my mom quit smoking, she said that she didn't feel like a real person, and there was a hole in her life. This went on for years, until she went to see a hypnotist, who put her right.
Perhaps the same has happened to your mom and unconsciously you've noticed the difference. Hence, because you want your 'real' mom back, you dream about her smoking.

Don't let back door psychiatrists tell you that dreams always mean something.
It could mean you are smoking, or thinking of smoking or saw a movie where someone was smoking or were around someone is smoking. It doesn't mean anything except that something spurred your mind to think of smoking.

Maybe you don't feel your mom actually quit. I think the only way your going to get out of these dreams if to either search the house for smokes or confront her and ask if she has continued smoking.

ok...well i just went and got my dream book so this is what it said:
cigarette

smoke
if you agree that where there's smoke there's fire, this dream is a warning of danger ahead. smoke is also a camouflage (smoke screen). is there a situation in your life that is not as clear as it should be?

You have too big pressure until think that your mom is smoking, it is an instability things, but don't ever try to smoking, it will make you can't forgive yourself forever.

i know someone that the same exact thing happened to, and the mother really was smoking behind the daughters back, and the daughter told her she had a dream about her smoking, so the mom finally quit for good after she heard that

ok well i think it is because you have been thinking about it alot from the past and now u dont so it only comes in your dreams as a reminder.....it could be that you wanted your mom to stop smoking?
also it could mean that you have a addiction to something...
this dream book says it means you or some1 you love has put you or themselves under pressure to do something......
