its a one of a kin shirt thats a large and i wanna make it a small

Just wash your shirt in hot water it will always shrink one size smaller than the garment is and tumble dry low or delicate cycle or line dry, if shirt is not small enough repeat process. Good Luck !

Wash it in hot water. That will shrink will not damage the garment.

I do it all the time- Wash in hot water, then dry in hot dryer.
Although it depends on the type of material.

knit don't shrink much i don't think but try hot hot water
