Only H2O is water. The water in the body is in solution with other chemicals, and may react with other chemicals to form molecules which involve H and O, but those aren't water.

water is only termed as water when its H2O. if it is in component element like hydrogen and oxygen then it is not termed as water. therefore water exists in the human body as water i.e. H2O. though hydrogen and oxygen too exist in the body in combination with other elements
