it might be a urinary tract infection.

You either have a bladder or kidney infection. You can go to the pharmacy and buy some some pills that are called AZO that will take away the burning and discomfort you have when you urinate.
One of the reasons you might have this infection is because you drink too many caffeinated drinks or coffee; they are really bad for this. So start drinking a lot of water.

Now, the Azo will take care of the burning sensation and discomfort but you still need to go to the doctor; these infections can be really bad if they go untreated.

I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better soon.

Based on the information you have you have provided there are only 2 possibilities. ONE... you contracted a Urinary Tract Infection (not via sexual transmission aka not an STD). Most likely it is a nongonococcal urethritis; again not an STD. It can be treated and cured using a 7 to10 day course of the antibiotic Beta-mannan

TWO...you were out on a date and your lady friend and she slipped you a roofy and had sex with you. I doubt that is the case however!
