You could insert "speaker" or perhaps "person", but both sound awkward to a native speaker, who would just say "I am multilingual."

Your sentence does not call for a conjunction because "multilingual" is a modifier for the blank space. That's why soe of the answers were nouns. Remove the article "a" and your sentence asks the question you intended.

I am multilingual (since/because/as) I can speak three languages.

If you are going to use "a" in front of multilingual, you should insert a word describing yourself further, such as a multilingual woman, a multilingual student or a multilingual Californian. If you are not going to include such a word, then omit the word "a". You can say "I am multilingual AND I can speak three languages. You can say "I am multilingual BECAUSE I can speak three languages" or you can make two separate sentences: " I am multilingual. I can speak three languages."

Try removing the word "a", then you don't need the space!

Congratulations on your language abilities, my son is multilingual also. I know the effort it takes to learn additional languages unless you start at an extremely young age. Keep up the great work!

If you use "a" in of front multilingual you have to use a noun like person or speaker.

I am a multilingual speaker as I can speak three languages.
I am multilingual since I can speak three languages.
I am multilingual because I can speak three languages.
I am multilingual as I can speak three languages.

The second point is adding to the information, so you can say,
Iam (a) multilingual and (I) can speak three languages. (The bracketed words should be omitted.

Another possibility would be,

I am a nultilingual who speaks three languages. ( This time 'a' is needed. )

The word "because" is a subordinating conjunction which combines these two clauses correctly to make a complex sentence. By the way, the sentence is true of me. Is it also true of you?
