Actually, yes he has. He was on Oprah one time and he drove around the parking lot.

nor do i think it matters ,,as he was blessed with an
imagination beyond sight or need
free too befriend and recognize the winds
being east west north south in every turn
now whom needs a compass or wheels to reach that destination,,,free to be within yourself and to discover
beyond all imagination knowing no need
feeling his way around to all PERFECTION,,,
THE PROPER SEANCES that we are too busy in need
of all we see and don't ...he is beyond CARS

Serious doubt it as he;s been blind for most of his life if not all, he probably could memorize a path to drive at his house' as blind people have hell a good senses,,,,,

Probably not, I doubt he can drive because he's blind. Then again, when you don't have one of your major senses in tact, you become more aware with your other ones.
