I think its the Galapagos Islands Land Turtle. There was one in Australia whose age was documented to be 136 years old. She was taken from the Island by Charles Darwin, and it had been taken to 3 continents over her life time and died in Queensland Australia last year.
The Galapagos Island Land Turtles start breeding at around 40 years in the wild (although they have bred at 25 years old in captivity) and can live to be between 150 to 200 years old.

No one knows... Tortises (as the previous two answers pointed out) are very long lived. 150 years is easy, but it could be longer. Even Crocodillians live a long time.
But how long does a large sea animal (whale or giant squid) live?
