I want to know how many companies worked on /were associated with Apollo 11 and whether we have their names?

The major contractors were:

The Boeing Company: SI-C (first stage of Saturn V rocket)

North American Aviation: S-II (second stage of Saturn V rocket), Apollo command and service modules

Douglas Aircraft Company: S-IVB (third stage of Saturn V)

IBM: Instrument unit of Saturn V and Apollo computers

Grumman Aircraft Company: Lunar module

Rocketdyne: F-1 and J-2 engines.

That's just for building the rocket and spacecraft, never mind the ground facilites, spacesuits, medical devices, etc. Each of these had subcontractors working for them. Around 400,000 people worked on Apollo. Check out the link below for a list of the major subcontractors employed just in building the Saturn V.

There were thousands of subcontractors. Don't forget there were 250,000 people working on it.
